Evaluation assignment conducted for the Serbian Democratic Forum in Zagreb, Croatia. The project focused on sustainable return, economic inclusion, and the reintegration of returnees.

Technical Assistance to the Promotion and Provision of Advisory Services to SMEs

Project reference: EuropeAid/129066/D/SER/HR. Consulting services were provided to selected companies including Liming Plus, Kuki-Pal, and Vidović – Production, Service and Trade. The assignment supported enterprise development, business performance, and access to professional advisory services.

CARDS – Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Development

EU-funded project managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction. Reference: 05MAC01/10/001; EuropeAid/121400/D/SV/MK. The project supported SME development and cooperation between government institutions and the private sector.

CARDS 2003 – Information and Promotion System for SME Development

Development of a grant-application scheme and establishment of regional SME information centres within local economic-development agencies.

PHARE 2002 – Cluster Development

Development of grant schemes for the creation and strengthening of business clusters for the National Agency for SME Promotion and Development.

UNDP – Stimulating Investment in Macedonia

Design and delivery of a training programme for the consulting industry and business sector, aimed at improving sustainable competitiveness through the integration of corporate social responsibility principles into organisational strategy and operations. The assignment covered the development of training materials, delivery methodology, practical CSR tools, and approaches to responsible and sustainable business development.
