Summary

SKILLS FORWARD builds a shared methodology for anticipating the skills that the twin green and digital transition demands, and turns that intelligence into VET curricula that regions can adopt.

CEDEX role

CEDEX leads the labour-market intelligence work package and coordinates piloting.

Objectives

  • Develop a transferable skills-anticipation methodology for VET providers
  • Produce open curricula for green and digital occupations
  • Train VET teachers and trainers across four regions

Results

  • A published skills-anticipation toolkit
  • Six modular curricula mapped to EQF and ECVET
  • A network of 40+ VET providers piloting the materials
